Today I am launching something that has become like a 'child' to me. I thought of an idea some time ago, but kept procrastinating on getting it done. I finally got to it, produced it, treated it like a third child and am now giving it wings! It hasn't been an easy road producing this project, and after all that, my husband asked me today, 'Why are you giving it away for free after all that hard work?' I completely understood his concern, however, I also realize he doesn't fully 'get' network marketing.

It hasn't been an easy road producing this project, and after all that, my husband asked me today, 'Why are you giving it away for free after all that hard work?' I completely understood his concern, however, I also realize he doesn't fully 'get' network marketing. You see, I learned from legendary leaders in this profession, that one doesn't build a significant MLM organization based on their company alone. Successful network marketers are not more skilled than others, smarter than others, or more highly competent than others. They simply offer more value than those grinding away at their business. To be perfectly honest, there are way too many MLM bozos out there. You know who they are. they are the ones touting their 'ground floor opportunity,' or their company has a 'comp plan that no one has ever seen before!' They spew this garbage all over anyone who'll fog a mirror. Ugh....it makes me sick to my stomach. These are the bozos that give our profession a bad name. Then there are those who 'get' it. They understand how to be a leader and success story. They are someone of value because they offer knowledge and have a presence in the profession. It's NOT because they have the 'best company.' They don't offer anything in return for their value, only someone who knows how to teach the way to success. I have had the privilege of learning the ropes from industry leaders and learning the importance of this. I decided that I wanted to share with others the very strategies that turned my business around, that put the 'wind back in it's sails,' and had it moving faster than I knew what to do with. Without 'getting' it, I'd be stuck back talking to every girl or guy at the cash register at my local Ralph's grocery store. My wish is that if I help ONE person each day 'get it,' and stop the monotony of building a business that day, then I've paid it forward. I've taken what was taught to me and helped one more person survive another day in this profession. That's how powerful I believe it is to launch a training for free that has been so time-consuming and tedious to develop. I wanted a roadmap to help teach up-and-coming network marketers to really understand what it is we do and give them a success story in their business as opposed to another 'war' story!
